This is a commission-only opportunity for driven sales professionals who are motivated by performance and the ability to directly influence their income. Team members who meet established production goals can expect to earn approximately $50,000 annually, while high-performing producers have the opportunity to earn $120,000+ per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Consistently perform high-volume prospecting activities, including 100-150 dials per day.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Build relationships and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and rejection.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous sales, marketing, business development, outreach, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
