Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong performance. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Edward Jones advisor and a State Farm team member, and I come from a State Farm family, which has given me a deep understanding of the business.

I’m a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and a proud husband and father of three girls. Family and community are incredibly important to me and are a big part of how I lead the agency. We stay actively involved in the community through our church, supporting local schools and sports, and giving back in meaningful ways, including helping pay off school lunch debt for students in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Drew Vincent - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
